Welcome to AvantPortal. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AvantPortal.

It is a complementary tool of Avantpage and has many benefits to help you request translation and localization projects more efficiently.

• Request a quote or project
• Message your account or project manager
• Approve projects
• Monitor project progress
• See project history
• Review invoices
• Obtain business and quality reports

By creating an account, logging in, or submitting a translation request through the AvantPortal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AvantPortal.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify Avantpage immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• Avantpage is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use AvantPortal solely for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Submitting translation requests
• Uploading documents for translation
• Tracking project status and invoices
• Communicating with the Avantpage team

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
• Interfere with the Portal's functionality or security
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all materials submitted.
• You confirm that you have the legal right to share the content for translation.
• You must specify deadlines, language pairs, and any special instructions at the time of submission.
• Avantpage reserves the right to decline or request clarification on any project.

• All documents and information submitted through the AvantPortal are treated as confidential.
• Avantpage implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
• Confidential information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your translation request.

• You retain all rights to the original content you submit.
• Upon delivery and full payment, Avantpage grants you rights to the translated content.
• Avantpage retains ownership of any tools, processes, or methodologies used to produce the translation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Avantpage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability for any claim related to a translation project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.

Avantpage may suspend or terminate your AvantPortal access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• Required payments are overdue

• Avantpage may update the AvantPortal or these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the AvantPortal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
